Order Dispatch & Live Tracking
All orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Public Holidays) from our temperature-controlled Ayurvedic warehouse.
- Tracking Notifications: Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp update containing your courier AWB tracking number and live tracking link.
- Delivery Verification: For high-value packages, OTP verification at the time of doorstep delivery may be required.
- Address Modification: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our helpline immediately within 3 hours of placing your order.
7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the hygienic, consumable nature of Ayurvedic health supplements and herbal juices, we do not accept returns once a product's safety seal is broken. However, we offer a 100% Free Replacement under the following conditions:
- Product received in physically damaged or broken bottle condition.
- Leakage during courier transit with outer box damage.
- Incorrect item, size, or dosage delivered against order.
- Manufacturing defect or broken tamper-evident security seal.
- Opened, partially consumed, or unsealed herbal supplements.
- Requests raised after 7 days from the confirmed delivery date.
- Damages caused due to improper storage (e.g. direct sunlight).
- Orders placed through unauthorized third-party resellers.

Refunds & Processing Timelines
If an item cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability or an approved cancellation before shipment, refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / NetBanking / Cards): Refund credited back to original source account within 5 to 7 business days.
- COD Orders: Transferred directly to your provided bank account / UPI ID within 3 to 5 business days.
